Google Flights Finally Adds Label For Class Of Service Change

One of the most common complaints leveled against El Al over the past few years has been charging sky-high rates for coach tickets.

However, whenever a reader shared a Google Flights screenshot of a one-way flight costing thousands of dollars, it was inevitably for a premium or business-class flight. If a flight was sold out in economy, Google Flights would display the premium or business class fare, without labeling the flight as premium or business class, unless you clicked through to the next screen.

Well, Google Flights has finally fixed this with a label on the search results page when a displayed flight is in a different class of service than the one you searched for, due to it being sold out in the lower class of service:

 

Better late than never, I suppose!
