You can get a 25% bonus on transfers from Citi to Leaders Club through 8/23/25 at 11:59pm. This is only the 2nd ever bonus on transfers to Leaders Club, the loyalty program for The Leading Hotels Of The World.

1,000 Citi points normally transfers into 200 Leaders Club points, but will become 250 points with this bonus.

Each Leaders point is worth about 8 cents each, though it can be as high as 10 cents each in some cases. Combined with the Citi transfer bonus, that’s a value of 2-2.5 cents each per Citi point, which makes for some incredible hotel redemption options!

With a Citi Bifecta of Double Cash and Premier, you’ll earn 2 or 3 points per dollar everywhere. That’s like earning 4%-6% or more back for Accor Hotels with this offer!

If you have the following Citi cards, you can transfer points into miles at the best transfer ratio:

  • Citi Strata Premier® Card is offering a 60,000 point bonus for spending $4K in 3 months, 3 points per dollar on airfare, hotels, supermarkets, gas, EV charging, and dining. 10 points per dollar on hotels, car rentals, and attractions booked on CitiTravel.com. $95 annual fee. • Citi Strata Elite℠ Card is offering a 75,000 point bonus for spending $6K in 3 months, 6 points per dollar on restaurants (including gift cards) on Friday and Saturday evenings, and 3 points at other times, and 1.5 points per dollar everywhere. Earn 12 points per dollar on hotels, car rentals, and attractions and 6 points per dollar on airfare booked on CitiTravel.com. Earn a $200 annual splurge bonus ($400 in first cardmember year) at the stores of your choice, $300 annual credit ($600 in first cardmember year) on 2+ night hotel stays, $200 annual ($300 in first cardmember year) Blacklane credit, Global Entry/PreCheck, Priority Pass Lounge membership, and 4 annual (8 in first cardmember year) Admirals Club passes. $595 annual fee. Citi no-annual fee cards that are fantastic for earning points, but require a Citi Strata Premier or Elite Card for points transfers at the best ratio:

  • The Citi Double Cash® Card is offering a rare 20K bonus for spending $1,500 in 6 months, and offers 2% cash back or 2 ThankYou points per dollar spent everywhere. If you also have a Citi Strata Premier or Elite Card you can transfer points into miles. No annual fee. View Rates & Fees here. Citi is a DansDeals partner. Read more about this offer here.
  • The Citi Strata℠ Card is offering a 20K bonus for spending $1,000 in 3 months, and offers 3 points per dollar on the category of your choice as well as supermarkets, select transit, and gas and EV charging, plus 2 points per dollar on restaurants. If you also have a Citi Strata Premier or Elite Card you can transfer points into miles. No annual fee. View Rates & Fees here. Citi is a DansDeals partner. Read more about this offer here.

Best of all, you can use points for upgraded rooms and suites at the same rate.

You can find participating hotels here.

It’s always hard to find points hotels in Israel, so it’s worth noting that the country has 3 eligible hotels. In Jerusalem there is the fabled King David Hotel and in Tel Aviv there is the Setai Tel Aviv and the Dan Tel Aviv.

I joined the Leaders Club program last year and was offered 500 points in a welcome email for entering all of my profile details. That’s equal to $40 of points!

Points don’t expire if you earn or redeem points every 24 months.

When logged in, you can search for award rates here.

  • Member benefits include:
    • Upgrade priority at checkin.
    • Daily breakfast for 2.
    • Early check-in and late check-out considerations.

Hotels in Israel include the King David, where points are worth 8.34 cents each:

And the Setai Tel Aviv, where points are worth 8 cents each:

There are lots of other excellent hotels.

  • In the Miami Beach area there are 3 hotels to choose from:

And just to the north is the Beach Club at The Boca Raton and The Brazilian Court Hotel.

There are more than a dozen luxury hotel options to choose from in the Carribean.

In Europe, there are hotels like the Ritz Paris, Ritz London, the Palazzo Roma, just a 15 minute talk to the Jewish ghetto in Rome, and the Palazzo Venart Luxury Hotel, just a 10 minute walk from Chabad in the Jewish ghetto in Venice.

The Alvear Palace Hotel in Buenos Aires is located near Chabad of Recolata and kosher restaurants.

If you want to travel off the beaten path, you can find hotels like the Nayara Hangaroa Easter Island, Constance Lémuria Seychelles, or the Constance Prince Maurice Mauritius.

The Nayara Bocas del Toro in Panama is an all-inclusive hotel with overwater villas. They will provide complementary kosher meals from Chabad!

This is a value of 8.74 cents per Leader Point, which is a value of 2.18 cents per Citi point with this transfer bonus:

There are many more fantastic Leaders Club hotels!

Will you transfer Citi points to the Leaders Club? Which hotels do you have your eye on or have you stayed at?
