My primary Amazon account has 15% off up to $15 back for redeeming $10 in AMEX points, which is a weak offer, but my household account has 40% off up to $40 back for redeeming $10 in AMEX points, which is a much stronger offer, though not as good as when it only required redeeming 1 AMEX point.
